Batty Bunny

My friend Aubrey is amazing and created this adorable character for me. I loved it so much I wanted to make a little rice ball out of it.

Batty Bunny Head: Rice, nori details, provolone cheese inner-ears and fangs.
Box: Lettuce, cucumber flowers, provolone hearts.

Not really a true lunch box, this was just for fun. I tried using blueberry/beets but I couldn't get the color right. It's not my preference, but I ended up using purple food coloring. Need to find a better way to make rice colorful!
